Where are you located?

Dr. Bagby-Stone’s office can be found in the Rosewood building, on the east side of the square in the Village of Cherry Hill. The Village of Cherry Hill is located in southwest Columbia, at the intersection of Chapel Hill Road and Scott Boulevard.

Rosewood is the building with the Cherry Hill Dental and Andrew Stone Optometry signs on the front. When you arrive on the 2nd floor, have a seat on the beige leather sofa just beside the stairs and enjoy the view of the village square. Dr. Bagby-Stone will be with you shortly.

Parking is available on the street and beside the building. An elevator is available for patient access.

Do you take insurance?

Dr. Bagby-Stone is not a contracted provider with any insurance plan. Her practice is fee-for-service only.

She is happy to provide an insurance-ready receipt called a superbill that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. Dr. Bagby-Stone is not a party to that contract and is considered an out-of-network provider. Each insurance company is different in the way it reimburses for these visits. Please contact your insurance company if you would like more information.
